All Hospitality International, Inc. franchised Inns are independently owned and operated. Therefore, if you should experience any problems during your visit that need to be resolved, we suggest that you contact the general manager, manager on duty, or the hotel owner who will be glad to assist you.
If the problem cannot be satisfactorily resolved at the Inn, please complete the following form and our Guest Relations Coordinator will attempt to facilitate a resolution. On the other hand, if your stay at one of our Inns was especially enjoyable and you would like to tell us about it, please use this same form to do so.
